Violet Beauregarde

A sweet stout straight out of Willy Wonka’s factory, Violet Bearegarde offers a big ball of bold flavors with every sip! Starting off with a base of Maris Otter, Munich, and Honey malt helped load up caramel, toffee, and honey notes. Two kinds of chocolate malt were then added to darker up the mix with a full range of chocolatey deliciousness before being finished off with that classic roasted stout flavor. Blueberry puree was then added to offer a bit of tartness on the nose, along with a touch of fresh vanilla beans for a sweeter finish. The blueberry and vanilla complement the complexity while remaining subtle so as to not get in the way of the malt character.
